Truck set up for 5 years.Had trouble with fuel pump,Turns out it was a ground issue.Well 5 days later fuel pump not responding.Replace fuel pump assembly and relay,still no responce from the pump.Any ideas I should try?

You must not be getting power to the pump. Check for a blown fuse with a test light.
If the engine cranks over OK the battery is probably OK.
Depending on the vehicle, the system that energizes the relay could be at fault such as a ECM (engine control module) or oil pressure switch.
The relay can be test jumpered but you need to know the power wiring for that vehicle.

If it's a Ford with EFI, the inertia switch may be tripped or defective.

Or the pump died a varnishy laquered death after ground path was ressurected after 5 years of setting in the weeds.
Need to check the wiring over more, check for voltage back at the pump when turning on the key ( 2 second prime pulse)
If its getting power , have the wife crank it over to start it and pound on the bottom of the tank while she is cranking it. Maybe it will start, if it does, change the pump. The connectors can also corrode and burn up at the pump in the tank. FWIW
