sorta. Its a 1979 Camaro with i think the orginal leaf springs. I had them in the car for about 6 months with no problem. I think i hit a pot hole.

You need to buy replacement leaf springs. The shock mounts are not designed to carry the weight of the vehicle. Shocks are meant to only dampen the rebound of the vehicle and thus are designed to carry a few hundred pounds, worst case. On a unibody car, such as your Camaro, the stock shock mounts attach to sheet metal, not a structural member like on a car with a full frame. It's just a matter of time before the shock mounts will fail.
