I'm having an aluminum gas tank fabricated for a 28 Ford my son and I are building. Aside from insulating the points where it makes contact with steel, is there anything else I should do or be aware of?

HI,when you put the gas tank into the car,dont forget to ground the sender,or the guage wont work...

To be legal for street use the outlet and vent have to be on the top of the tank. Keep the tank/sender well grounded.
