hi my name is angel & i have a 1949 international ,kb-1 pick up that i just started on a s-10 frame im doing all the sheet metal . but vin tag cant be read so dont know what to do

Some of these guys are experts when it comes to vin #'s but I don't know what thread would be the best to post that question in???
