Ran across Predator Cams on eBay - just curious if anyone has used them. They look to be legit.

Cam I'm looking at is a hyd. roller for my 406 SBC, 228/232 @ .050, .570/.585 lift. Brand new, $199. Can even use the steel dist. gear with this (like the Crane rollers).

Doesn't that seem like a lot of lift for a cam with that duration??

Would it be hard on roller lifters? I have the Comp Magnum rollers in my motor.

Thanks for any info . .. :D

Roller cams usually have alot higher lifts than flat tappet small chevy cams.
I have a comp roller that has 206 duration and .500 lift. As far as the company`s rep, I don`t know, all I know to tell you is look at there feedback, and contact those that already bought a cam from them and see if it still works to there satisfaction. As for the lift also, maybe it`s being rated with a 1.6 ratio rocker.
