[Steve-0321]

I was wondering if anyone was running one and just wanted to know if any block modification was neccessary? and how noisy are they?

I have a 68 289 with direct drive gears... NO mods needed and they are quite noisy, but reliable... I've had them in my engine for several years now, and they show NO signs of wear... They whail quite a bit over 8,000 rpm, but I have yet to have any problems with them... hope this helps
