Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the BBC Vortec heads? Do they flow well? What size valves do they come with? Do they have limitations like the sbc vortec heads?

I had an old Scoggin-Dickey catalog from 2 or 3 years ago that had flow figure charts, & the BBC L29 Vortec head flow was not much different from the SBC Vortec head. Might have been a little better on the exhaust. They have a smaller combustion chamber (99cc I believe) than usually found on a big-block. Might check with them at www.sdpc2000.com & see if they still have the chart.
