I could come up with anything so to better suit your needs tell me about how the truck looks now how you have it set up and what you are wanting to do with it. A bit about yourself could help also.

right now the truck is the stock very oxidized grey and white two tone paint. it has a 6" lift with 35" tires. it has five marker lights on top with a windshield visor. i hardly ever take it off road. i want it to look like a truck that i could show at a car show. it has true dual exhaust with flowmasters. the 3.5" tips go straight out the back and it sounds ******. so it definitly needs to have a ****** look. i'm the kinda guy that grew up around cars, so i love the old american muscle. i've built and restored a '66 mustang coupe, a 70 1/2 RS Camaro, and a '71 chevy shortbox pickup and i'm only 18 years old. so, i love a nice clean look on my cars. so maybe that helps.

I'm getting my buddy to add a colour to my S-10 this year and of all the combos I've found I like the Purple on Orange look. I believe the car I got the idea was called "Predator". It was featured in Street Rodder magazine. I want mine to stick out, don't know about you. Haven't found my purple yet, something darker. The orange is Big Bad Orange, from the AMC Amx.
Don't know what it'd look like on a 4x4 though not much imagination.

Are you doing the paint or getting it done? Also how steady is your hands? are you looking for a bright color or a dark color. If you don't go off roading either will work, but if your prone to muddin' and getting dirty get something light colored.

i'll do the prep work, but i'm going to have paint shop do the painting. i don't think that i want anything too dark, so lighter colors would be nice.

How about a nice bright yellow with a gold or blue pearl with a nice bright blue tribal stripe down each side with a tribal hood mural to tie it in at the front and one on a smoothed tailgate to tie it in the rear. yellow and blue look great together. If that doesn't light your fire how about a celery metalic green with black and gray tribal. Have alot of the engine bay in black wrinkle finish. I personally love this color with black. If that doesn't appeal to you how about a pale orange with a red pearl and a dark blue basic stripe down the side narrowing to a point at the front. If you'd like something a bit less wild try a bright silver/aluminum with charcoal and pale green tribal down the side. Gray interior, not hot not cold, nice, easy keep up. Silver will give it a tough look, the tribal stripe down the side will give it a manly touch and also accent the sharp lines of the truck and the green is just to add a bit of color so you don't get bored with the never ending gray.

Let me know if you like any of these and would like me to go further with an idea.

i was honestly thinking about the silver thing, but i don't quite understand what you mean with the tribal stripe thing. the interior is already grey and i love that. i really like the silver/aluminum idea, though.

A tribal stripe. Just a basic everyday tribal band about 5" below the window right above the first major bodyline.

If you don't know what tribal is its what you see people getting tattooed around their arms as arm/wrist/ankle bands. Tribal, meaning a pattern resembling those worn by members of a tribe. Like you would see on many of the southern pacific tribalmen back in the early days of travel.

I could draw you a custom one or you could go look at some tattoo flash and get it from there.

If you like the silver idea and your up for some cutting. After you find or I draw some tribal. Go out buy some WHITE window tint lay it out on a sheet of paper that you traced the tribal desighn on cut the tint acording to the pattern and lay it on your windows. Looks ver custom and very cool.
