There are no performance block huggers, their only claim to fame is for fitment in tight engine bays.

For true performance = long tubes.

Commercially available block huggers do just that - hug the block for tight fits as well as ease of installation. For decent performance, you need to look at equal length tube runs and those that are tuned for a particular RPM range that you intend on running your engine - street and/or strip. You also need to factor in tubing size as well. Now, do you want 'decent' block huggers, try Sanderson Headers. If you have good fab and welding skills, build your own and then you can make them as 'tuned' as you need them as well as fit the tight areas
