I would try a light polishing compound. Might just be a little transfer of color or material from the cover on the surface of the paint.
Blush in Paint
I'm hoping someone has come up against this in the past. My granddaughter had her '84 Vette under a car cover that proved to be not waterproof. It seems that water sat on the paint under the cover and created a blush in the paint on all the flat surfaces. Those are blushes you see in the photo - not reflections. As far as we know this is the original paint on the car. What can be done to remove this?
