I've looked everywhere but can't seem to find anyone who sell-makes body mounts. I took the bosy off my 37 chevy master and there were no mounts. Are there supposed to be ? Also, suggestions on gasket material for contact area between frame and body. Thanks for any help.

One that I've had good luck with and are much more plesant to talk to is Metro Moulded Parts :

The Steele folks PO me bad enough at the NSRA York show a couple of years ago that I wouldn't buy a thing from them (IMO only) even if they were the only ones with this type product.

If there were no rubber gaskets as you call them......I would just make something from old pieces of rubber conveyer belt.........or similar material.....just to keep the sqeaks out.

Or, you can go to your local Farm Dealer and ask for worn out Round Baler Belting (it's tough stuff and they throw it out). You can cut it with a Jigsaw. I've also heard of Roofing Felt being used to shim Doors into alignment (it won't sqeak)-
