I am in the process of replacing several mounting bolts on a 55 Crown Victoria which is nearing completion. I purchased the car with the understanding it was restored well but discovered upon very close inspection that it needed all new floor pans, and toe boards replaced. As I am doing this work, and have all the interior gutted, I want to replace the body bolts to frame, and also the special, recessed washers that go directly under the head of the body mount bolt.

I am seeking a source for these washers at this time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would also like to know what would be a good, acceptable primer for these pans as I spot weld them into place before final finishing of the underside of the car, or if I should take the chance and use one of the more popular "No primer needed" black chassis paints. Thanks.

55 Crown Vic Body to frame washers

Thanks, I will check that out. I checked his catalog, didn't see anything but maybe I can call them direct. Appreciate your reply.
