bop rear seal

anybody using the "BOP" rear seal in their pontiacs have one with 3000 miles and it has failed crank work done , line bore checks ok looking for some feed back on these since there is supposedly a lot of these in motors but am i the only one with a 389 that leaves its mark on the pavement in oil thanks 70 dart

I think some might be confused by calling it a "BOP" seal. If I am correct is this the seal from BOP Engineering?

yes it is Kevin45 I was wondering if there was anyone that has had a problem with these . I had a seal fail and the company replaced it . No questions asked . The seal is great for replacement of the rope seal but the crank has the one way knurl on it and i polished it but was just looking for anyone else with the same problem . I have installed the new seal and now i wait till spring to see if this one fails . Burrr it's cold in Oh!
