I have a set of Bowtie phase II heads, part no. 14011034. Are the guides removeable? If so would it be difficult to warm the heads up and knock out the guides and replace them with new bronze guides.

Off hand I would say the guides need to be machined out then drive in the new guides. Then ream the guides to size.

If you could post a picture of the heads from the valve spring side as close as you can and with springs and valves removed I then may have to change my answer, but for now I will stick with the machine work.
