Would switching from a 1" diameter Master Cylinder to a 1 1/8" inch bore Master Cylinder give me a higher brake pedal on a 4 wheel disc brake car?

Higher off the floor? No. It won’t.
It would reduce the pedal travel to get the car to stop and increase the effort to achieve the same braking force.
