breather/pcv

hey guys,

i am building a mild sbc for a 37 chevy coupe. the tri power intake has an oil filler tube with a breather cap. the valve covers i purchased come with bolt on breathers with no provisions for a pcv. i like the clean look of this set up. should using 3 breathers be enough ventilation for this engine ?? thanks in advanced for any info you can provide.

Why not just convert it to the early Corvette style that has the PCV in the oil fill tube that comes out of the intake? This way you could use the valve covers as your breathers. If your engine has the vacuum to support PCV, I would use it, since it`s benefit is it keeps the oil cleaner.
