It depends on if you can get to it. Go get some PB blaster and spray it down. Let it sit and try a pair of vise grips on it. It that wont work try heating it with a torch and using the vise grips remove it. Be careful not to cook anything with the torch. That is if you can get the vise grips on it. If not you might have to drill it out and retap.
