That may be a Vega, it is seventies not sixties. Check out the slot for the jack, that is seventies my friend.

Looks like MartinSR could be right, the slot is a give away. I've got two early Vega's, but can't get enough definition from the photos to tell for sure. A few more shots around the license frame cut-out from different angles and of the ends would do the trick, it does look like a 71-73 Vega rear.
