Just wondering if this cam will be ok with a Weiand Stealth dual plane on a 377 SBC with Dart Pro 1 215's:

Hyd roller, 110 lobe sep, Dur @ .050: In 236 / Ex 240, lift: In .610" / Ex .615"

It'll prolly be fine,esecially being the highrise duel plane.Maybe make a little less power up top.Duel planes max out at about 5500-6000 but it don't mean they won't rev higher.

you need at least a victor jr.although you might be able to get away with an edebrock air gap with the cut in the center.the weiand street ram manifold is suppose give you the best of both worlds.thats an awful lot of cam for the street.these manifolds are probably the smallest you'd want to go with with a cam that size.

Yeah, it's on the big side. The motor will be turning a richmond 5 speed.

Would 114 deg lobe seperation with the same duration give better throttle response?

114 will idle smoother with more vacuum. Throttle response won't change huge amount's without compression. 110 will also work if you have the compression. A properly tuned holley can be made to run on the street with a single plane manifold as long as it's not a daily driver. You might get sick of it then. I would use the 112 cam, with no less than 10 compression and don't be afraid to spin it up. Easy to do with a 5 gear.

I'll probably go with the 114 LS / 236 deg cam

The 114o lobe will give higher vacuum, more throttle response, better driveability, and will flatten out the torque curve. The torque will be less peaky and more even.

More compression will significantly improve throttle response with a big cam.
