I think I heard about it here, I'm guessing the timeframe when people can sign up for the settlement is over at this point... Between 12/15 and 1/21 people who signed up can get their award. I got my letter yesterday...
I'm somewhere in the middle ground between genius and dummy on the computer, but is it just me or is their site screwed up? Has anyone else been to their site and had the same problem?
When I go to the site, it wants your login code, and once you enter it, it takes you to a home page with featured products. Supposedly, you can click on the products for further detail, or select from the menu at the top of the page to see more products from various catagories...
But, when you click on anything it takes you back to the login screen, and login in again returns you to the featured products page... There is no way to get to any other page as far as I can tell.
Anyone found anything different? Could there be some sort of browser setting that is causing this problem?
Apparently you order the award by calling an 800 number anyway, or you can call the number and request a catalog. Is it just the same list of products at the same prices as their regular site?
