When setting motor angle in the vehicle, should the carb pad on the intake sit level? currently it's at a perfect 0 degrees, but if they will operate with some degree to them that could help with some of my clearance issues.

Ok, what about carb wedges? They make a 5 degree wedge, but an additional 5 degrees of angle would put my total engine degree at something like 10 degrees. That sounds crazy.
