30 minutes is the MINIMUM!!!!!
(under IDEAL conditions)
24 hrs is the maximum.

You don't want to get close to either one of those.
I wait an hour usually.

Stick with the spec sheet that DuPont put out for Chroma paints - which is 30 minutes to 24 hours (15 minutes is too short a time). It works well that way.

If you haven't used DuPont paints, be advised that some colors will take more then the 2-3 medium coats and that is noted in their paint charts by a number. Your supplier can give you that info - assuming he even knows:pain:

I hope your reduction is 100% because if you are reducing it 50% you are going to have some lumpy paint! It is a 1:1 ratio = 100% reduction.
