Hello everyone. I recently had issues with my 454 having low oil pressure at idle. I decided to pull the engine out of the car. When I drained my oil the it looked weird.... see picture. This was a few day after an oil change.

Nothing attached.
Small amounts of water can condensate inside the engine and it takes a heat cycle of normal operating temp of around 200' to burn this off. If the oil is milk shake colored then ya might have a problem and it need further looking into such as leaking intake, head gasket, broken block, etc...
