i've had enough of wiring! i used to be good at this crap. got my butt kicked for 3 days chasing a ground issue caused by one tiny wire that backed out of the fuse panel connector. I've got a set of Summit Electric gauges. Fuel Level, Oil Pressure, Engine Temp, and volt. Instructions with the gauges dont really help much so i wired them the way i thought its should work. Each gauge has a 12 positive, Ground wire, Dimmer wire, and ofcourse the signal wire. hooked all the Positive wires together and wired that to a keyed 12volt source. Tied all the grounds together and grounded them to a body bolt. hooked up all the sensors to there respective wire. Turn on the key and all of the gauges are pegged except the voltmeter which is reading the correct battery voltage. So what did i do wrong?
