Sand off all paint and primer down to the yellow urethane plastic, go to your local auto parts store and get the special flexible urethane front end filler. Its about $25 for two tubes(parts A+B) mix it put on a thin coat sand smooth and it should fill all the little spiderwebs. Remember when repainting to use flex additive in your paint on these style noses and tails unless of course your preticular paint is flexible enough, ask your paint guy when purchasing.
