My first post here. I'm looking for some lites that would be suitable for side marker lites. Project vehicle is a 76 International Terra. They must be flush mounted and about 1/2"X3". They must be avalible in red and amber. LED might be nice. Any ideas?

Check your local pull-n-save for VW Jetta, Passat, Audi, BMW. All of these have neat looking side marker lights that will flush mount and with a little creativity they can be just about any color you want!

There are a number of companies that make the LEDs for street rods. I got mine from Hagan, I think.

Thanks for that link. Those are interesting. I hunted a lot for side marker lights for a '70 motor home I'm doing. I was really shocked when I finally found some really close to the look I wanted on the shelf at WalMart.

Yes, I have noticed the VW products sporting some cool side lights. I seen a new Merc Mountaineer that had simuilar lites also.
They seem like the best bet at this time.
