HI there. Can anyone give me a logical reason why, there are more 41plymouth coupes out there than 41 dodge coupes? It seems that in all the hot rod books you see a lot of plymouths but no dodges? Brother has 41 dodge and thats why I noticed this over the years. Thanks.

I think that the Dodges were a bit more popular here in Canada at that time......Plymouths in the US...........just a guess.

Price Class

Plymouth was essentially the same car----cost less money
The Chryslers are far and few as well.

40's 50's 60's-----Cost was virtually everything

BelAirs & Biscaynes------way outnumber the Impala----price
Windsor & Newport------outnumber the New Yorker----price

etc. etc.

Chrysler's price class went as such

Plymouth----Dodge----Chrysler

re :41 DODGE buisness coupe

Thanks, I appreciate info Bryan 59EC but is this auto worth more than a Plymouth 41 B coupe? Its not for sale anyway but was wondering why so many Plymouth's and no Dodges?By the way Nice 59 El ca truck. We had 59 Impala in those days, same color (blue) ,Thought the fins at my age then, would slice any bystander UP!Not the case, How we grow to appreciate fine art. NICE RIDE!

The 59 is actually Black & Pewter

I bought it Red & White------with a red white blue interior :drunk:
