I posted a similar post, and came up empty,I have a 54 Ford sedan with an AOD & 302 from an 84 MkVII.The MK's driveshaft was 4" too short so off to a Ford salvage yard I went armed with my tape measure, turned out a Crown Vic driveshaft was a perfect fit, just needed a conversion u-joint to bolt it up. :mwink:
create an adjustable drive shaft, slice one in half (shorter then needed preferred) add a section of tube, install it check the yoke position weld it. remove it , take it to a drive shaft builder ........... and tada!!!! the perfect fit, one can not really build a car off the net, especially one modified ............. that is why that call it a custom car.
