Hi Fred,
You may be right about the alingment of your transmision angle to your third member causing the vibration.
I would recomend you go to Inland Empire Driveline's web page as it has the best discription of the proper way to set up these angles I've seen.
They are located at <a href="http://www.iedls.com" target="_blank">www.iedls.com</a> and click on the power train set up section.
