As Old Rotor so eloquently puts it "Dyno test it"......really that the only way you can find out what kind of power and torque you're making and where the power band is. And actually if your combo even works.

You can have a hundred guy's on here estimate the hp but you'll never really know. Most guy's way over estimate their engines hp anyway....." hey my 350 has about 500 horse power" I ask, oh really, where did you dyno the engine?? "well er uh. I didn't". Most dyno rooms get $500 or so for a 4-8 hours of dyno time, you'll just have to shop around.
