Would a normal carburated 350 run E85? Could you run E85 in a souped up 350(carburated) rather than premium unleaded? And last question could you run E85 in a 6-71 or 8-71 blower? P.S. The engines in all the questions have no E85 upgrades.

No it won't. You'll need a carb calibrated for E85 or have it done at a professional carb shop to get you in the ballpark with the fuel curve.

E85 would be great with a supercharger or any type of forced induction.

The air-fuel ratio for E85 is significantly less than for regular gas, so the carb needs more fuel. Anybody who is good with carbs could make the necessary adjustments.

Flex-fuel vehicles, modern type, are all injected, and the computer adjusts the mixture.

The E85 is much higher octane, and lower in energy content, so it likes more compression (e.g. forced induction).
