To Jon & hotrodder bulletin board, I apologize for jumping in and asking questions without reading, and thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Hi, I am 67,retired, live in north central Illinois, and have always been a shade tree mechanic and like fixing things. No experience at hotrodding, but going to give it a try. I have a lot of questions and hope to have those who know help me along. Last January I got a 1964 Ford Econoline pick up that should have gone to a bone yard, but now it's up and running. In August, I had an opportunity to get this 1941 Chevy pick up . At the time, all I knew was it was red. When I picked it up, I was told it had a GTO engine in it. When I got a chance to look it over, I found 65 GTO eng, olds auto tran, & a Pontiac rear end. All of which I think should be redone. I am going to try to attach pictures of both.

Thanks to all that have replied.

Ellie
