Hi,

The 351C/C6 is leaving for a built 302/c4. Do all sbf use the same motor mounts and location? This is being done to a 73 Mustang. Will I need a longer driveshaft? Different Transmission mount/crossmember?

Any experience here would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for lookin

Yes they use the same pattern and will interchange. They are specific to the chassis but the engine side is the same. In early Mustangs there was also a different set for Convertibles. I used a set of '63 Ford Galaxie 289 mounts to install a 351C into a '59 Edsel. The tranny crossmember is different and the driveshaft is a little longer(to compensate for the shorter C4), but they are all available parts.
