I want to put a 302 or a 5.0 in my 54 ford. I also want to put in an automatic trans. I would also like to add disc brakes and power steering. all help would be appreciated

Find a mustang with a lot of rear end damage? Seriously though, I would look for a donor - take engine, tranny, brakes, axle and all...

Do some measuring and see how much room you have in the front end.
