exhaust headers 95 Stang 3.8

Hey, need a bit of a tip here. Im trying to install new headers, gastket, and spark plugs in my stang. Whats a good way to go about it? and is it NECESSARY to get it in the air. I see NO way to get to those parts... any suggestions?
