I have a 99 Camaro Z28 that I'm putting vertical doors on. I had to cut the top on the fender to allow door clearance. The fender is plastic, will fiberglass "stick" to this stuff. I want to use it to taper the fender in an remove the gap?
No, don't use regular fiberglass to repair that fender. Lordfusor, Duramix, etc. makes products specific to the type of plastic being repaired. I'm not positive what the Camero fender is (I'm thinking PUR but I'm can't remember for sure). Go to the local autopaint supply store and they'll fix you up with the proper product. Rocco
