This is a panel i crated out of flat steel. I rounded it out with a hammer and dolly, then cut a 4 by 4.5 hole in in welded it in, ground it, fibreglassed it and the i began to bondo and prepare it for paint. 2 coats ep primer, 400 wet sand,primer sealer, 600 wet sand, black gloss base, 600 wet, orange white and grey to follow, wet sand 600, then final india ink and then a pearly metallic gold flake clear 4 coats.
