My '38 chevy truck has mostly been painted about 1 year now and I have a couple of spots that are bubbling or paint is raising up . What is the trick to fixing this and getting the (new) paint to blend in ? It hasnt been color sanded and rubbed out yet , would that help blend the repare in after its fixed ?

sounds like u have solvent or water trapped inside or maybe even possible rust spots, cause there was no required flash time between coats, if ud wanna inspect it, "blistering" its called in paint world. and if u wanna see it its water or solvent id poke it carefully, see if something bleeds out of blister and u can smell it, if it doesnt smell its water and u might require sanding down panel and refinishing, if its solvent, its not as worse as water.
