A little too rough for $15,000 would be my assessment. Perhaps the BMW motor and trans had something to do with your pricing decision, but they don't do anything for me, I'd much rather have a stock, low-buck LS motor. Kudos on the write-up though, very nice, probably the best I've ever read.

Located in Belgium... front axle looks low enough to scrape leaves up with...

1970 I had a '31 Ford model A 2 door long roof, Desoto 354" hemi, '57 Chrysler TorqueFlite and rear end... '36 Dodge dropped tubular front axle... sold it and all my car stuff/tools night before leaving for Vietnam... didn't want my Dad to have to clean up the barn if I didn't make it back... never saw or heard of it again...
