ok i installed a oem 4 wheel disc brake kit from speedway including mastercylinder and 9 inch power booster using stock distribution block , car came factory with power drum brakes . everything went together great , fit very nice .
here's the problem , feels like standard brakes very spongy , very sure i'm not getting enough preasure to rear brakes .

Spongy brakes normally means you have air in the lines still . As you can compress air and not fluid, follow the bleeding sequence from the master cylinder. Normally the farthest caliper from the master is bled first, either passenger or driver rear followed by front passenger, or front driver. Did your kit have a residual valve to attach near your master.

Being a kit I doubt you have the problem where the bleeder is not at the top? I put Eldorado calipers on the rear of my Nova and bled them until I was blue in the face, foot pump and vacuum bleeders. I finally rotated the calipers, turned them to put the bleeder on top, and first bleed...perfect.

If the "distribution block" is really a combo valve (used from the early '70s-up), it'll have a proportioning valve that is limiting the pressure to the rear calipers. It needs to be removed if present.
