Take a look at the Chev S-10.....Don
After reading the below post I decided to give you more info.
1. Placing a body on a different make frame is not recommended by street rod mazs, thus it might lower the value of the vehicle.(are they rite or trying to accomadate their advertizers?)They used to have acricles on these swaps.
2.Beside the above there is a growing trend to use the S-10 frames on rods. Its just plain cheaper & works in a lot of applications.
3. The S-10 frame is made to accomadate different wheelbases by the factory. The front of frame slips into the rear of the frame thus, by cutting the weld on both frame rails thr wheelbase can be changed.........Don

well ,i don't want to dampen your enthusiasm ,BUT ,look in any of the rod books ,of the last month ,or last 20 years ,doesn't matter --- you wont find "any "frame swapped early cars ..truth is ,it just don't work ..any i have seen always have a problem with wheelbase ,stance ,appearance etc ..very frankly speaking ,don't try to re-invent the wheel ,look at the traditional styles , they work ..you will be better off using a more conventional chassis build up ,and be a lot happier when you are done ..good luck ,and best regards , jim prowse

Hey Ronald, you might refer back to a question posted by digger on feb. 5th. He asked pretty much the same question. I hope this is helpful.
