I just finished painting my daily driver. I am going to wet sand it within a few days. My question is, when i'm done wet sanding, what product can i use to bring back the shine without sealing the fresh paint? Or is there such a thing?

Oh and by the way i used IMRON Polyurethane enamel paint.

Thanx all

Yes use 3m's perfect it III extra cut rubbing compound with either a white foam or wool pad both will work wool will cut quicker but you gotta be more carefull to not burn through. If its a dark color finish up after with fenese it for dark colors from 3m also a excellent product and use a black pad with that. Also I dont know what you wetsanded it with but 3m has out 3000 grit wet DA sand paper it works awesome just put it on your DA with some water and sand the whole car it buffs really easy when you finish with 3000 instead of just 1500.

Thanx korn,

I didn't know they made sandpaper up to 3000 grit, even less for a DA sander:eek: . I found a 3M product that did the job well, thanx for the info.

Ps: 3000 grit! Thats like softer than the toilet paper i use:rolleyes:
