I a looking for a simple way to align the IFS on my Model A. Can anyone direct me to a source of information concerning this?

I took mine to a front end alignment shop. They aligned all four wheels.

Speedway Motors has a nice caster/camber gauge.

I have one for my T-bird. The main reason I use this is because my car sits so low that I don't think it will make it up on the alignment rack without scraping the bottom. Works good, easy to use and all you need is a flat level surface.
