Mine is all original, The 4spd is a pain but it's cool.
I have had the car for about 26 years, started collecting parts back about 20 years ago, then about 15 years ago I started to restore it. It's been done for about 6-7 years, ago it's fun to drive, when I get the time. All old school, like me!
Yours sounds like a nice car also, and fun to drive I'll bet.
nice work dude
thought id had mine for a long time. 11 years! drove it in hi school
and yup its nice to drive wish it passed emissions testing though
cant buy insurance without it only temp insurance
keeps me out of trouble somewhat LOL
In Mass. an antique car (over 25 years) is exempt from any emission testing, only the safety inspection. There should be no problem with mine, because I rebuilt everything. The car was our second car, and I just couldn't part with it, so I started collecting parts, and once the kids were out of the house, I started to restore it.
I have another car that I hope to get done, it's a 37 Ford 2 door sedan (slant back), I hope to build it as a street rod. I have a Mustang II FE in it, and I am setting it up for a 350/350 combo. One of these days I hope to get it done.
