Hey all. I realize a leaking diaphram in the fuel pump can allow "fuel" to get into the oil, could it also allow "oil" to get into the fuel? I'm thinking not, but i'm not sure. Thanks for reading my post!.
I don`t believe so, since oil in the fuel pump area isn`t pressurized like the fuel is. When you change pumps, pack the new pump with lube in the spring area, since this area doesn`t have a direct oiling, without lube heat build up will ruin the pump in short order. I usually use moly or white lube.
