What is needed to swap a generator charging system to a two-wire internal voltage regulated alternator

Yeah I meant a 3-wire setup. I want to get away from the generator/ externat Voltage reg. system. I have recently purchased a new complete wiring harness(engine harness, under the dash harness rear tail light harness, ect.) but want to upgrade the charging system. What's the best way to upgrade and not have to worry about my baby going up in flames? ain:

If your new harness follows the old wire colors, this should work:
