Hi all…glad to be here on this awesome site!
I have an all original, rust free, 1983 Nissan 720 ext. cab truck that I would like to hot rod up somewhat and give to my 4.0 GPA son in college for being such an awesome and trouble free son. I plan on a possible 231, Buick 6cyl engine swap if I can find one good enough and cheap enough. The truck is so light it should push it along just fine and I have seen other people shoe-horn it in them. It will need suspension upgrades and who knows what, but I guess I will find out as I go.
Take care and PLEASE feel free to give me any advice on any part of the truck build as this will be my first foray into this.
