I found this site looking for 49 Kizer parts. I have a few flatheads . I picked up the Kizer from a young kid. Also having a younger kid partner.. I was explaining to him that us "old car builders" are dying off with no one coming up in our shoes. . A lot of my old school friends built custom parts , like 2 and 3 carb manifolds,, External overdrives, , and ,many other fabricated parts.. A young lad asked me once" how do you do that? I told him to pick an engine, hang it on a hoist , and build a vehicle around it.. It took him 2 years to understand the answer, but he is now a great builder. These comments havre restored my happiness as I see I will not be gone without leaving some common sense to fill in the gaps.. Thank you all.
