I hate the new primers, such a waste and so expensive. I still use the old laquer type primer surfacer works fine and only 22 bucks a gallon,that mixed 50/50 with thinner gives 2 gallons sprayable and you don't have to dump out what you don't use.I know what you are going to say but if you let it dry and sand it good there are no problems.everybody is in such a hurry,I guess it's the age of instant gratification.Did you ever see a chrysler product or ford ,GM with those big spots of missing paint, kinda blown off by the wind,what you are seeing are the new primers that paint don't stick to,repaints do it also...keep your hi dollar EPA mandated primers and I'll use mine
