I am trying to find the mix ratio for a semi-gloss finish with Omni MTK9300 (SS urethane). I have the M148 flattening agent, but I cannot find the mixing ratio anywhere. The regular mix is 4:1:1.

The flattening agent takes the place of some of the paint (as it needs hardener and reducer also) I.E. 3 parts paint and 1 part flattener = 4 parts, then 1 part hardener, and 1 part reducer. Try mixing a small amount then spraying it and letting it dry, see if you like it. Add more or less to get what you want. Remember it's not an exact science. The temp, humidity, and how you spray it will change the gloss. Rule of thumb is that the faster you can make it dry the flatter it will be.
